"The restaurant had a friendly staff and the atmosphere was nice. My son had the Strawberries & Cream French Toast with bacon on the side and he loved it! I had the Butter Basted Grilled Salmon and it was delicious! Loved the spinach and salmon the most, they were cooked to perfection! Highly recommend the Vanilla Caramel Cake for dessert! Definitely will come back to try more of their meals!"

"Really great atmosphere. Friendly staff. My waiter Oliver was very attentive. I had the black cod. It was ah-mazing!! The pesto and beans were a perfect balance. The sear on the cod complimented these flavors so well. It was like eating the best pasta without noodles!! Yum! I highly recommend this dish."

"This was our first time going here and we loved it! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we walked in we were given the warmest welcome. Our server was amazing and took the time to offer great recommendations to help us choose what we wanted. The food was amazing!!! We had the dynamite sticks, shrimp and grits, and the spicy sausage and chicken pasta. The portions were extremely generous- we barely ate half of anything! When we were done the manager came over and talked to us about our experience! We will definitely be back!!!"

"The Village Grill has recently revamped their menu offerings and everything was delicious! We started out with Cajun crab dip that was very tasty and not spicy. We then shared entrees of fall off the bone ribs that melted in our mouths and Cajun chicken penne pasta that I'm glad we couldn't finish... It was even better the next day and the serving size was massive! We really loved their updated menu items and can't wait to come back. We couldn't leave without Bourbon Street Beignets and of course had to eat them all!"

"Food was delicious and ambiance was inviting. They accommodated my family of 10 at the last minute on a Sunday morning. Our server was patient and friendly. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the shrimp and grits and it was delicious. Mimosas weren't watered down. Will be back!"

"The food was excellent. We'd been to Lafayette Village before but usually on Mondays when things are still closed. We made reservations for Brunch on a Sunday and would highly recommend as they started to fill up for the after-church rush. $5 mimosas were also a definite plus! Highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the flat iron patty melt!"

"My wife and I got the Patty melt and Pub burger with Cajun waffle fries. Service was awesome, food was great. Took our newborn and they were more than accommodating. Will be back!"
